The Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists (LPK) is one of Lithuania’s leading business organisations, representing the interests of industrial companies and employers. The Confederation brings together 52 sectoral associations, 9 regional associations and 32 individual members, representing the country’s main industrial branches and business sectors.

LPK members include manufacturing companies, research institutes, educational institutions, law firms and other organisations. The Confederation plays an important role in strengthening Lithuania’s economy, improving its competitiveness and representing business interests at national and international levels.

LPK Objectives

The main objectives of the LPK are to foster favourable conditions for the economic, technological and social development of Lithuanian enterprises, regardless of their form of ownership; to represent and protect the interests of its members in national and international institutions; to support access to new markets and the expansion of international trade; and to strengthen the competitiveness of Lithuanian industry and its contribution to the national economy.

To achieve these objectives, LPK maintains an active dialogue with public authorities, participates in the development and discussion of legislation and policy proposals, and engages with government officials and representatives of other organisations. The Confederation also delegates experts to national and international working groups to represent the interests of Lithuanian industry.

LPK organises economic conferences, presentations, business missions and other initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperation within Lithuania’s business community and developing international business relations.

Lithuanian businesses have demonstrated their ability to adapt to changing economic conditions, maintain their competitiveness and expand into new international markets. Innovation, advanced technologies and the development of higher value-added products play an increasingly important role in strengthening Lithuania’s position in the global economy.
